How to Order
Before placing your order, we encourage you to review the technical descriptions for each plant. This will help ensure you’re well-informed about the optimal hardiness zone and planting conditions required for each species. It’s important to prepare the proper planting site and confirm that your location’s Plant Hardiness Zone is suitable for your new trees.

Shipping Pricing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we use Canada Post to deliver your trees safely across the country. We take great care in packing each order, ensuring it's secure and fully insured. This level of attention allows us to provide reliable service, though it means we do not offer free shipping—we prioritize quality over cutting corners!
Pricing averages:
AB - SK - BC between $40.00 - $45.00
MB between 45.00 and $55.00
ON - QC - Yukon - NWT - Maritimes between $55.00 and $65.00
Please note that these prices are averages and may vary depending on Canada Post’s current rates. We strive to keep our shipping costs low and competitive within the nursery industry, regardless of your package size.
Shipping Information
Once you’ve purchased your desired cultivars, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you receive this email, if it ends up in your junk mailbox, add us to your contact list to avoid missing future updates.
In late April, we will email you to arrange the most suitable shipping date for your climate, with shipping windows ranging from the end of April to the end of May. Your trees should arrive within one to seven business days:
AB - SK - BC orders are received in 2 to 4 business days.
MB around 4 to 5 business days.
Eastern Canada - Yukon - NWT between 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that while unexpected shipping delays can occur, these are rare. Rest assured, we pack your plants with expert care to handle extended travel times, our trees have successfully endured delays of over 10 days without any issues. We also monitor your shipment tracking to ensure everything is on course.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number on your selected shipping date, allowing you to track your package for prompt pickup at your PO Box or doorstep. Please be sure to follow our planting guide and review our warranty.
Local Pick-Ups
Dear local friends, we are happy to offer a local pick-up option for customers within a one-hour driving distance. Simply select this option at checkout, and we will provide you with specific dates and times in early May for pick-up, along with the exact location. Please note, due to the busy nature of the season, we are unable to offer nursery tours at this time.
Kindly note, we are located in Two Hills County, Alberta - not Three Hills - and are about a 5-hour drive from Calgary.
Shipping to BC
Due to strict CFIA regulations, we are prohibited from importing certain cultivars to BC (like apple trees), therefore you will not be able to order these specific cultivars (it will give you an error message at checkout). We still have loads of great plants you can order! Email us anytime if you have further questions or inquiries - we are happy to help, and can make a custom order for you if you are having issues at check out.
