The Carroll Apple is truly a crowd favourite and early maturing apple!

An excellent apple to eat right off the tree and makes great apple pies. The Carroll is a fresh-tasting, sweet and aromatic apple with a hint of tartness that creates a fine balance in flavour. Light pink to red blush over cream-coloured skin with white flesh, these apples are 7 to 8 cm (3") in diameter. Ripens in late August and can be stored for up to 2 months.

Released by the Morden Research Station in 1961. Should be grown more often, one of our family's favourite early-season apples.
